Does my Credit Card get charged right away?

YES. accepts Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged upon your completion of the Checkout process.

What currency am I being charged in?

CANADIAN. All our prices are shown in Canadian Dollars. And applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax and Goods and Services are applied to orders.

Why doesn't my Credit Card work?

The Payment Gateway we use is super secure and very picky. Please ensure that you have entered the full and exact name as shown on your card as well as the correct card number, expiry date and CVV code. Your Billing Address must also match the one that is on your credit card statement.

Is my credit card information secure?

YES. The webshop is built on the Shopify platform which meets and exceeds the PCI DSS Compliance standards. Want to learn more? Checkout this page. The system is so tight we can't even see your credit card number.

Who else can get access to my personal information after I place an order?

Check out our long and detailed Privacy Policy here. But if you don't want to read all the fine print just know that we won't EVER share or sell your personal info with anyone else - PERIOD.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We try to ship all orders within two business days. So if you place your order on a Monday we'll have it out the door on Wednesday. If you place your order on a Friday it will ship from our warehouse by Tuesday of the following week. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received and you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped along with its Canada Post tracking number.

How much does Shipping cost?

Orders over $30 Canadian (before taxes) when shipped to a Canadian Shipping Address are FREE of shipping costs. Orders under $30 are charged a $9 Shipping fee.

How is my order shipped?

Das Stuff uses Canada Post for all shipments. The Expedited Parcel service provides online tracking and guarantees delivery within 3-5 business days (slightly longer for very rural locations).

Can I ship my order to an address different to my billing address?

YES. You may have your order shipped to a different address - your workplace, a Post Office Box, to a friend or family member if it's a gift. You could also consider using Canada Post's Flex Delivery service - see details here.

Do you ship to the USA?

YES but...Items shipped from Canada to the US may incur a Customs and/or Duty fee when they enter the US. The purchaser is responsible to pay these additional costs upon delivery. It is not possible for Das Stuff to determine the amount of these charges.

All orders - no matter their dollar value - are charged a Shipping Fee of $20. All prices and charges on our site are in Canadian Dollars.

Do you ship internationally?

YES but...As explained above, items shipped from our warehouse in Canada to other countries may incur Customs and/or Duty fees. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these additional costs.

What if something is wrong with my order when I receive it?
