Frequently Asked Questions about Returns, Exchanges and Defective Products when purchasing from DasStuff.com:
Can I return an item if I change my mind or if it doesn't fit properly?
YES - but with some conditions. Regular price items are returnable/exchangeable. Items purchased at a discounted/sale price are not returnable/exchangeable. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be in their original packaging and have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Also - a return or exchange must be made within 14 days of when you received your order.
Do I need a Return Authorization Code?
YES - sort of. We are a really small company so we don't have to make a big thing of this. We just would appreciate communicating with you before you ship something back - so we know to expect it and why it's coming back and so we can learn from the exchange and make your (and other customers') future experiences with Das Stuff better. Either give us a call at 204-470-8429 or shoot us an email letting us know where things are at.
This is especially the case with Exchanges. Before you send anything back touch base with us to make sure we have other options available (like sizes or colours).
Who pays for the cost of shipping when I return/exchange the item?
You do. Just like you have to drive back to the Mall to return an item you've purchased from a retail store, you have to get the item back to us. Once you have let us know that you intend to return an item (see above) please wrap it up carefully so it is not damaged en route (as we will not take back items that are not resellable) and send it to:

When will my money be refunded? And what part of my purchase gets refunded?
Once we have received your returned item and are satisfied that it is in original condition we will refund only the cost of the product purchased and not the amount charged for shipping. The refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account that you used for your original purchase. You will be notified by email that the refund has been processed.
What if the product I received is defective?
We would be as bummed out about this as you and we would definitely want to correct it. Please give us a call or shoot us an email so we can work out how best to satisfy you.
